haha ok buddy the seat post clamp is built on. look at the other pick and u will see. if ur not blind u will notice it about half way down the seat tube, and why are u commenting on my shit saying stuff that does not make sense.how would the seat be standing up if there was no clamp. but thanks for ur opinion so why dont u go sound like a fucking retard on someone elses pics. or maybe know a bit about bikes before u start commenting? sounds like a good idea!
